Color Range Adjusting (Alias Color Swap)
....
Photo Jockey has the UNIQUE ability to take a color range (for example:
Redish) and then restrict image adjustments to just those areas of the
photo that fit the Color Range. So in the above example, we selected redish.
We then increased the blue and decreased the green & red from the photo.
But instead of the WHOLE PHOTO becoming adjusted, ONLY THE AREAS that matched
the Color Range are adjusted. This is very powerful. Not only can you CHANGE
colors as in the above example, but you can enhance colors as well. You
could make blue skies bluer, red sunsets reder, and green trees greener
without affecting the whole image. Our Range & Shade tolerance sliders
make this a UNIQUE feature to Photo Jockey. Canon has a feature called
"COLOR SWAP" in their digital cameras. Our feature allows for the color
swap and MORE....And Photo Jockey does a better job at the color swap too.
Color Enhancing (Red, Green, Blue)
....
....
Photo Jockey can also take primary colors and enhance them. Basically
you can make blues bluer and reds reder and greens greener. As you can
see in the above example, Photo Jockey has made the blue sky bluer and
the green grass greener.
Searching For Duplicate Images Sample
Sometimes you may want to find all the duplicate images in your system.
You can do this even by image appearance. There are many options for searching.
The above shows you 2 groups of duplicates found. As you click on the filenames,
a preview is shown. You can then delete, move or copy the file being previewed.
As you can see, it can find dups that are rotated, flipped or mirrored.
It can even find dups when some are color and some are black & white.

Web Page Creation Sample
NOTE: Click here to see the ACTUAL
Web Page in your browser.
This is a sample screen shot of a browser viewing a web page that was
automatically created with Photo Jockey. You will notice the nice split
window where the scrolling thumbnail gallery is on the left and the actual
image you click on is located on the right side. The right side shows image
properties like filesize, image width, image height, filename. In addition,
it will also show any TEXT COMMENTS that you have added to the image with
Photo Jockey.
Cloning Effects
..
..
..
This head from the first photo was cloned onto the body of the second
photo to produce the third photo. NOTE: The head size did NOT match
the body, so Photo Jockey has the option to resize the cloned area as you
paste it, thus producing a very natural effect.
Batch Processing Samples
..
..
These 3 photos were normal looking photos selected from a large list
of photos (tagged). You will notice that all three of the photos are highly
contrasted and super color saturated and rotated. In addition, they all
have copyright noctices added to the bottom of them. All of this was done
automatically. You could have done 300 photos all at once and it would
take the same amount of prep work to decide what effects you wanted to
include in the batch process. The batch process can do color adjustments,
resizing, rotating, text additions, image overlays, special effects (emboss,
twirl, perspective, fish-eye) and more to a list of tagged files. This
is a great time saver.
Red Eye Removal Samples

Color Balancing Effects
..
Left: This photo was taken with indoor lighting and thus has the usual
orange cast to it.
Right: The photo was color balanced with Photo Jockey.
..
Left: This photo was taken outdoors and was underexposed because the
camera was aiming at the sky.
Right: The photo was auto contrasted/brightened with Photo Jockey.
Color Tinting Effects
..
Left: This photo was taken outdoors and produced a nice blue cloudy
area in the sky.
Right: The photo was color shifted with Photo Jockey producing a nice
effect.
Region Adjustment Effects
..
Left: This photo was taken indoors with FLASH. My finger was partially
covering the FLASH unit so you end up with a darker left portion of the
image.
Right: The photo was brightened with Photo Jockey, ONLY in the REGION
area of the photo that was dark.
Double Exposure Effects
This is an example of creating a double exposure effect. Basically,
you take one photo and overlay it on top of another photo. Then you select
the density for each photo to be about the same percentage. In the above,
we used 60-40, so we could bring out the building a little better. Also,
we used edge blending so that the right edge of the double exposure area
would blend into the main photo. All in all, double exposures can give
you a nice end result.
Rotation By Any Angle Samples
..
Left: Fireworks photo taken at an angle. Because of a lack of a tripod,
the camera was pressed tightly against the hood of a car.
Right: Photo fixed with Photo Jockey.
3D Perspective / Shear Transformation Samples
..
Left: Building has vertical perspective applied to make it look real
tall.
Right: Building is sheared to the right.
Fish-Eye, Emboss & Other Special Effects Samples
..
..
..
From left to right, these are examples of (Fish-Eye, Twist, Emboss,
Ripple). You can even perform these operations on multiple images in the
BATCH processing mode.
Digital Zoom Sample
..
..
You will notice that we start with a relatively small EYE in the left
photo. When using Photo Jockey's DIGITAL ZOOM feature, you can enlarge
the eye to a large amount and it STILL looks good and smooth and natural.
The right photo shows how most other software enlarges images. You can
see that it looks more blocky and pixelated.
Text Box Overlay Sample
As you can see, you can add all kinds of text to your photos. You can
select the font, and the size and color. You can also select the level
of transparency and select outline font as well. You can also make the
text vertical (sideways).
Business Cards Made Easy

As you can see, you can quickly produce various business card layouts
easily. It took about 1 minute to produce the 2nd card after the first
card was done. The text/image overlays can be saved into a template style
for recall at a later date so you can make changes if you desire.
Company Logo Overlay Samples
This example shows how you can take a company logo and place it onto
an image. You can place multiple logos anywhere. These logos can be translucent,
or you can specify a degree of transparency. You can also resize
the logo on the image. This process can be automated with the BATCH processing
mode so you can add your logos to lots of image at once.
Sharpening Sample
..
Left: This is the original photo of a spider web. It's difficult to
see the web.
Right: The image was sharpened with Photo Jockey and now the web stands
out more.
3-D Appearance Sample
..
Sometimes you want to add a 3-D appearance to your image. Maybe you
took the photo at a distance, or maybe your F-Stop was not sufficient to
produce the depth of field you desired. Photo Jockey can take everything
BUT the subject and blur it a bit so that you end up with a nice effect.
Dead-Pixel/Hot-Pixel/Weak-Pixel Locator
.
The above comparison window on the right shows that the camera has
3 bad spots (Hot-Pixels) in the sensor.
Digital cameras can have faulty sensors. In fact, it's more common
than you may think. In order to see your bad spots, take a photo of something
black in the dark. Then as you look at the photo, you may be able to make
out the bad areas. Photo Jockey has the ability to enhance these bad spots
so that they are easily detected. If you have too many, or they are too
bright, then exchange your camera or get it fixed. Because these spots
WILL show up in your photos.
NOTE: Use the Preview Window in Photo Jockey to find the dead
pixels.
Image Differences Locator
.
The above DIFFERENCES window on the bottom shows 3 areas that are
different between the top 2 photos.
Sometimes you might need to know the differences between 2 images.
Maybe in order to determine which photo to delete, or maybe out of curiosity.
The Differences window can spot them for you quickly. It can even be used
to see which image is of better quality.
NOTE: Use the Preview Window in Photo Jockey to find the differences.
Contact Sheets Sample
You can produce a gallery of thumbnails called a Contact Sheet. These
thumbnails have the photo's filename underneath each one. Also at the top
is an information block. It contains what folder the Contact Sheet was
produced from and a Company Information line in case you are a professional
photographer and want your company information at the top of the sheet
that you may hand out to customers.
Screen Snap Shot Sample
Sometimes you may want to take a screen snap shot of what you computer
screen looks like. Maybe you want to email it to a geek buddy to help you
with problems you are having with your computer. There are many good reasons
for wanting screen snap shots.
