(database) DATABASE INTEGRATION

Photo Jockey has the powerful capability to integrate any Text Comments or Database information directly into the Contact Sheets or Web Page Gallery or Text Boxes Overlays functions.

Contact Sheets:

These are used to create sheets(pages) of thumbnails so that you can see many images at a time on one printed sheet. These sheets can be saved as an image file as well.

The contacts have the option of displaying some information below each thumbnail. This information can come from the "Text Comments" or from the Database fields. This is very useful.

Web Page Galleries:

These are web pages created from a series of images in a folder. This is a very handy tool. If you want the web pages uploaded to a real Internet web site, you can simply upload the entire web gallery to your site so that others around the world can view them.

These web pages can have the option of displaying some information above each full sized image AND as a floating hint as you pass the mouse over each thumbnail. This information can come from the "Text Comments" or from the Database fields. This is very useful.

Text Boxes Overlays:

This allows you to add text anwhere on top of your image. You can either put specific text OR you can use the powerful feature of using the text from your "Text Comments" or from the Database fields. When used in BATCH mode, you can essentially put individualized captions on lots of images in ONE operation.
Very handy indeed.
